One cobalt detail

There is a version of this bag where everything is neutral. The shell in Bone or Sand or Basalt. The hardware in matte black or brushed silver. The lining in the same grey that every other carry-on uses, because grey is safe and safe is easy to approve.

We did not make that bag.

The lining is cobalt. Not as decoration — we do not decorate. As a mark. A small, private declaration that someone made a decision here, on purpose, in a place most people will never see unless they are looking for it.

The cobalt rule at olas is simple: use it once, use it where it earns its place, then stop. A zipper pull. A lining. A single word in a headline. If you are tempted to use it twice, use it zero times. Restraint is what makes it mean something when it appears.

Open the bag. There it is. That is the whole philosophy in one colour.
